Orach is a leafy vegetable belongs to artiplex species cultivated many regions throughout the world with numerous health advantages. The scientific name of Orach is Atriplex. It belongs to the subfamily Chenopodioideae of the family Amaranthaceae. It is believed that this leafy vegetable is native to Europe and Asia, but now it is also cultivated widely all over the world, such as Canada, Australia, the United States, and New Zealand for domestic and commercial purpose.

Due to various types of Vitamin, Minerals and nutrients, present in the Orach, it has lots of health benefits.
