The Black Gram is also known as Urab Bean is one of the healthiest bean cultivated many regions throughout the world with numerous health advantages. The scientific name of Black Gram is Vigna Mungo. It belongs to the Fabaceae family. It is believed that this healthiest bean is native to the Indian subcontinent, but now it is also cultivated widely all over the world for domestic and commercial purpose.
